Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is expanding its marketing division to support PPC and SEO clients across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. As PPC Manager, you will own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role with involvement in sales calls, roadmap building, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable outcomes. You will oversee internal and external specialists and drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4 and keyword tools.
• Ability to craft strategic recommendations for clients and sales teams.
• Track record of leading execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and influence deals.
• Build growth roadmaps for each client (90 days, 6 months, 12 months).
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, bidding strategies, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate with the marketing PM.
