You will implement tracking, optimize campaigns, and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on PPC and paid social experience, is proficient with GTM/GA4 and Pixels, and can translate data into actionable insights for clients with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Proficient in setting up conversion tracking with GTM, GA4 and Facebook Pixel.
• Advanced PPC and paid social knowledge with retargeting strategies.
• Analytics-driven campaign optimization and reporting to clients.
• Google Ads Certification is required.
• Strong analytics, communication, and ability to explain results to clients.
• Experience with large budgets and reporting tools like Data Studio.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee full campaign lifecycle: planning, setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Implement tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Facebook Pixel to track events and conversions.
• Ensure all events and conversions are accurately tracked across client sites.
• Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Provide strategic guidance on paid media efforts, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, forms, e-commerce, and other goals.
• Generate and present detailed performance reports and insights to clients.
• Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and tracking.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to meet performance goals.
