You will research financial and manpower data, develop long-range plans, and ensure alignment with contract data and logistics to keep audits clean. You will lead cross-functional analysis, generate executive-ready dashboards, and drive repeatable, high-quality financial outputs while

• Budget and data analysis to inform planning and execution.
• Experience with defense manpower and budgetary databases and systems.
• Applied PPBE process knowledge to guide decisions.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare program inputs and link requirements to resources with high completeness.
• Build five-year projection models and document assumptions.
• Produce monthly execution analytics and variance narratives.
• Create visualizations showing quarterly execution patterns and trends.
• Maintain monthly financial data matrices mapping manpower and funding lines.
• Support audit readiness and data integrity across financial systems.
• Link contract data to budgeting and reporting processes.
• Assist with procurement and logistics administrative support.
