Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Financial Management Functional Team Lead to provide financial management and programmatic support to the Defense Health Agency, PAe MP. This role leads PPBE activities including planning, budgeting, and reporting for medical product development programs.

Applicant will coordinate across programs, develop life-cycle cost estimates, and support LCSPs and spend plans. Requires active DoD clearance and 12+ years of federal financial experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoW secret clearance or above.
• 12+ years of federal financial processes experience.
• Experience with DoW financial management and the PPBE process.
• Experience with budget planning, formulation, execution and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management activities for DHA PAe MP portfolios.
• Support development of SPAR, POM builds, and annual spend plans.
• Support life-cycle cost planning and cost estimates.
• Coordinate and consolidate financial data for monthly reports and leadership briefings.
• Apply DoD PPBE procedures to medical product development programs.
