Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program and Budget Analyst to support the nation's nuclear deterrence mission with the NNSA's Defense Programs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive PPBE experience and the ability to coordinate with Federal Program Managers on program planning, budgeting, and execution.

You will develop budget documentation, briefings, and funding plans spanning multiple fiscal years, analyze cost drivers, and provide timely insights to senior leadership and laboratories.

Qualifications

• DOE or DoD PPBE systems experience (FormEX, CostEX, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and in teams to meet objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior/executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget and program analyses to support decision-making for DoD/NNSA programs.
• Prepare cost and budget documentation covering multiple fiscal years with briefings and work packages.
• Assist Federal Program Managers with tracking milestones, risks, and performance measures.
• Support non-budget deliverables such as program briefings and review meetings.
• Travel as required to support program activities.
