Silverthorne Advisory Group seeks a PP&E Specialist to strengthen asset governance, ensure audit readiness, and modernize property management for IC clients. The role blends accounting, business consulting, and data analytics to improve asset visibility and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate is a CPA or experienced federal finance professional with TS/SCI clearance, strong collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• CPA certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• 5+ years of federal financial management, PP&E accounting, asset management, or audit readiness experience.
• 2+ years of Intelligence Community, DoD, or national security experience.
• Knowledge of FASAB, Treasury, USSGL, and agency financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support IC clients with PP&E accounting, governance, and asset management initiatives.
• Evaluate compliance with federal PP&E accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and respond to auditor requests.
• Perform reconciliations between GL, asset records, logistics, and property systems.
• Analyze capital asset acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and lifecycle activities.
• Develop process control narratives, SOPs, and internal control documentation.
• Leverage AI to automate reconciliations, audit support, and asset analytics.
• Support ERP modernization and data migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve asset governance.
