Ford Motor Company is seeking a Powertrain Engineer with a strong driveline background to deliver high-performance systems from concept to production. You will lead projects, work across engineering teams, and ensure design integrity through to production.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least seven years of experience in driveline systems for high-performance applications.
• Deep knowledge of current and future automotive powertrain and driveline components.
• Experience interfacing with manufacturing and resolving complex manufacturing/quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex driveline programs from concept through production on schedule and budget.
• Provide technical oversight aligned with GPDS deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
