Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Powertrain calibration experience including program delivery through launch and quality feedback.
• Minimum 7 years of Powertrain experience.
• Understanding of vehicle and dyno calibration processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 15%–20% ( nationwide 1–2 weeks per trip ).
