Job summary

Ford is seeking a senior Powertrain Calibration leader to drive calibration programs from concept to launch. You will apply design-thinking to optimize performance, emissions, and durability while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 7+ years of powertrain experience, and 5+ years in PT calibration with program delivery and quality feedback, plus travel 15–20% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience of P/T Calibration including program delivery through launch and quality feedback.
• Minimum 7 years of Powertrain experience.
• Understanding of both the vehicle and dyno calibration processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 15%–20% (Nationwide 1–2 week duration).
