Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, a leading utility construction firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex power utility projects. The successful candidate will manage all project phases, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a team of project managers. Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within utility infrastructure.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex utility projects with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of utility standards, NESC codes, OSHA regulations.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power utility construction projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets.
