Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems division seeks a Lead Power Systems Training Specialist to join its internal training team in Warrendale, PA and Houston, TX. You will develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual trainings, coordinate events, and create curricula aligning with safety and onboarding goals.

With a background in engineering and power systems, you will collaborate with EHS, HR, and Operations leaders to ensure upskilling and safe electrical practices, including NFPA 70E and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical certification with at least 4 years of power systems experience OR 7 years of power systems experience in lieu of a degree/certification.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E and OSHA practices related to electrical industry and safety standards.
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led and virtual trainings on technical, safety, and power systems topics.
• Coordinate training events including setup, scheduling, travel, equipment, and materials with training coordinators.
• Create, maintain, and update curricula, lesson plans, and classroom reference materials.
