Vertiv seeks a highly experienced technical leader to drive deployment of OneCore and AI-ready infrastructure. This Sr.

Technical Solution Specialist bridges Engineering, Product Management, Deployment, Quality, Manufacturing and Global Services to ensure successful, scalable deployments. The role requires leading technical discussions across disciplines, owning startup readiness, FAT/SAT/IST activities, and coordinating cross-functional teams for worldwide customer deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years leading deployments of mission-critical power infrastructure.
• Experience with data center power systems: UPS, switchgear, PDU, BESS, DC power.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams across departments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for OneCore, SmartRun2, and integrated power systems.
• Serve as primary liaison among Deployment, Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Global Service.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical investigations across electrical, controls, software, networking, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership during FAT, IST, SAT, commissioning, and startup.
• Develop and maintain startup procedures and deployment best practices.
• Mentor regional service engineers and deployment teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support deployments.
