You will own complex power and energy storage concepts, model power flow, and drive cross‑functional decisions across utility, data center, hardware, compute, and software teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment.
• 6+ years of experience with power systems or electrical design.
• Experience with dynamic and transient power system modeling software (PSCAD/PSSE).
• Experience with energy storage equipment, systems and controls.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.
• Data analytics and scripting skills; comfortable with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs and analyses of energy storage technologies.
• Integrate energy storage with various power sources for data centers.
• Model power flow and evaluate data center loads.
• Lead design integration to maximize system capacity.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and external partners.
• Review and produce engineering drawings and specifications.
