ECNS GLOBAL CONSULTANTS, PLLC in Arizona seeks a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead major commissioning programs across electrical and power systems, with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires traveling to sites and coordinating with clients and project teams.

You will review test plans, mentor staff, and manage schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with IEEE, IEC, NFPA 70E and other standards. PE license is required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in electrical engineering required.
• 10+ years in electrical testing, commissioning, startup, or power systems.
• PE license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead major commissioning programs from planning through final turnover.
• Oversee complex electrical and power system commissioning activities.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test plans, and technical reports.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues.
• Manage client relationships and technical coordination.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
