Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Production Manager to provide technical leadership for Power sector projects within the Environmental Services team. The role covers design development, permitting, and coordination with utilities and staff across the mid-Atlantic region.

You will oversee plan production, manage budgets, timelines, and client communications, and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 10+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage design.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead power-sector engineering projects and ensure consistency across plans.
• Oversee AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting support for plan development.
• Prepare conceptual and construction plans with environmental and civil focus.
• Manage delivery of project deliverables on time and within scope.
• Develop civil utility models for water, sewer, gas, telecom, and electrical projects.
• Engage with clients to obtain data and coordinate on multi-discipline work.
• Ensure drawings meet project scope, standards, and clarity.
