Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
5+ years in substations automation, SCADA, or telecontrol.
Experience with RTU/PLC configuration and maintenance.
Knowledge of Ethernet, IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus or OPC.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led and hands-on lab training on substation automation and microgrid applications.
Develop, update, and maintain modular courseware for classroom, virtual and blended learning.
Explain automation architectures and troubleshooting workflows for real-world deployments.
Collaborate with product, engineering, services and sales to align training with updates and customer needs.
Tailor content to different roles and experience levels for practical sessions.
Collect feedback and KPIs to improve course quality, labs and delivery.
Mentor backup instructors and subject matter experts for scalable delivery.
