Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with power system protection across transmission, distribution, or industrial environments.
- Protection relays and protection schemes from any manufacturer; commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on power system protection fundamentals and relay applications.
- Teach CT/VT fundamentals, fault analysis, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Customize course materials to meet customer and internal needs.
- Support hands-on lab environments and guide learners through protection scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and services teams to align content with updates.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve course delivery and participant experience.
