NVIDIA is redefining accelerated computing and powering the next era of AI. We are seeking a Senior System Software Engineer to join NVIDIA’s Datacenter Performance and Power Management Software team.

You will architect production software for datacenter power management controllers across racks and data halls. This role spans hardware-software interfaces, device drivers, and real-time control, influencing future NVIDIA GPUs.

Qualifications

BS or MS in CS, CE, EE or equivalent experience.
12+ years in system software, embedded firmware, or hardware-related production software.
Strong C programming and low-level software development experience.
Deep knowledge of OS fundamentals, drivers, and real-time software.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and debug data center power and performance-management software.
Develop real-time controllers and policies for dynamic power/performance optimization.
Lead features across the full product lifecycle from design to deployment.
Collaborate with GPU architects and hardware designers on interfaces.
Analyze interactions among workloads, clocks, voltages, and telemetry.
Drive validation strategies for correctness and robustness across conditions.
