Job summary

Powertech Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Power System Modelling Engineer to conduct model validation for generation plants, including wind and solar. This role involves preparation of test plans, simulation studies, and ensuring compliance with NERC standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in relevant studies. The position is available as remote or hybrid in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in power system studies.
• Strong knowledge of power system protections and control theory.

• Perform peer reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
