Job summary

GS2 | B Corp is seeking a Senior Power System Engineer to join a small, high-impact planning team supporting reliability and compliance across its ERCOT-region transmission network.

You’ll own planning studies end-to-end, engage with ERCOT and neighboring utilities, and shape capital investment decisions through steady-state, short-circuit, and stability analyses. This hands-on role offers genuine ownership and faster development in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• ERCOT experience preferred.
• Proficient in power system studies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead power system studies for interconnection requests and capital investment decisions
• Engage with ERCOT and neighboring TSPs on planning assessments
• Conduct steady-state, short circuit, and stability studies
• Provide engineering expertise to support reliability across projects
