• Serves as a subject matter expert on IEEE/ANSI/NEC standards for power quality.
• Evaluates customer equipment interactions and recommends improvements.
• Provides technical leadership to engineers, operations, and customer service.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and reliability.
• Plans and manages multiple power quality investigations and initiatives.
• Communicates findings through reports, presentations, and customer discussions.
• Represents the company in meetings and industry forums on power quality.
