Job summary

Sundt Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to administer and execute large power-based projects on-site. You will champion the transition from estimating to field, manage safety, cost, schedule, quality, and client relations, and lead multi-project coordination.

Senior experience with complex contracts and CPM scheduling is required. Role includes interaction with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, overseeing procurement, change orders, and cost

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-con construction management and strong knowledge of contract documents, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage projects with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition from estimating to field, reviewing contracts, schedules, budgets, and subcontracts.
• Close out requirements, punch lists, and warranty responses with owner/client satisfaction.
• Coordinate CPM scheduling with Project Superintendent and ensure Last Planner System usage.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee project profitability, safety, quality, and personnel decisions impacting the project.
• Review purchase orders and subcontracts timely; manage change orders and cost adjustments.
• Support business development through client contact, proposals, and negotiations.
