Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Power Platform Developer/SharePoint Architect to drive modern SharePoint solutions across projects. You will design, implement, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online with a focus on modern UX and data visualization.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams, mentor peers, and deliver scalable, compliant SharePoint ecosystems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Power Platform Developer, and SharePoint Architect or Developer preferred.
• Experience in designing and integrating Power Pages with SharePoint Online or PowerApps.
• Proficient with presentation and web communication tools.
• Experience in designing and integrating Power Platform applications in SharePoint.
• Experience coordinating cross-team initiatives and communicating with stakeholders.
• Design experience with SharePoint Online Modern look and feel.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems for non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Work through all phases of the SDLC, gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting applications.
• Serve as primary liaison between product owners and project teams, documenting business needs.
• Mentor SharePoint team members to ensure knowledge sharing and effective solutions.
• Handle multiple projects in parallel and report to multiple stakeholders.
• Document user stories and tasks; conduct product feature presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Execute maintenance, development, and architecture design or migration within scope, schedule and budget.
• Integrate and customize SharePoint, using M365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build modern SharePoint sites, develop workflows with Power Automate, and create dashboards/reports.
• Create and customize forms with Power Apps Canvas Apps; provide end-user support.
• Migrate SharePoint features and data with ShareGate; prepare training materials.
