Job summary

Lumen, a remote-friendly employer in the United States, seeks an experienced Power Platform professional to design, develop and support solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio. You’ll train users in commercial and government tenants and collaborate with teams to integrate with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities include developing projects, documenting processes, and building knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 services.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and other M365 products/services.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with teams across projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
Assist in supporting Microsoft 365 productivity services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Stream.
Assist with development projects and deliver/maintain solutions.
Support end-user development; train and consult in commercial and government tenants.
Create solutions, document processes, and build end-user knowledge base content.
