Job summary

LCG Inc. seeks a Power Platform Solution Architect / Senior Developer to assess, design, and modernize enterprise applications on the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will lead architecture decisions while actively developing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, collaborating with stakeholders and the development team. You will mentor developers, implement governance, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Experience as Senior Developer/Technical Lead/Solution Architect.
• Strong coding skills with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Power Platform environment and identify modernization opportunities.
• Develop current and future state architectures for scalability and maintainability.
• Provide architectural guidance while contributing to development.
• Mentor developers and establish standards.
