Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio for commercial and government tenants. You will provide end-user support and training within a remote US team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, independent problem solving, and delivering scalable Microsoft 365 integrations with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services.

Qualifications

• Major/Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 services.
• Power Platform: design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Microsoft 365 products: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Collaboration and communication: work with others to design, develop, and maintain solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in support of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
• Assist in the support of Microsoft 365 productivity services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Stream, Viva.
• Assist with development projects.
• Support end user development; teach, train and consult in our commercial and government tenants.
• Develop solutions, document and build end user knowledge base content.
