Job summary
Lumen is seeking a Power Platform and Microsoft 365 specialist to design, develop, and support solutions across commercial and government tenants. You will build apps, flows, reports, and Copilot Studio integrations, while training end users and collaborating with teams.
This role is fully remote in the United States, requires 8+ years with Power Platform and M365, a technical degree, and strong problem solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 services.
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-team work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Power Platform development and support (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
- Assist in support of Microsoft 365 productivity services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Stream.
- Assist with development projects and end-user training for commercial and government tenants.
- Develop solutions, document, and build end-user knowledge content.
