Job summary

Western Door Federal, part of the Seneca Nation Group, is hiring a Power Platform Engineer to lead design and deployment of Power Platform solutions for a West Point program. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure governance, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Microsoft ecosystem to deliver secure, scalable enterprise apps.

The role requires DoD-related certifications, a strong Power Platform background, and the ability to work within a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
US citizenship required.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Cloud+ or Security+ is required.
Experience with Azure and SharePoint integration.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse.
Integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem (SharePoint, Azure Functions, Azure SQL).
Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements to deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Provide documentation and training materials.
Provide ongoing support and governance through the Power Platform COE.
