Job summary

Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale Power Platform apps and govern the engineering team's practices. This role enforces security alignment with federal requirements and guides a development team of Power Platform and RPA engineers.

Responsibilities include setting governance, leading architecture design, and delivering scalable solutions that meet client transition objectives across government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 5 years, OR a top-tier certification with 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in solution architecture, enterprise application development, technical leadership, and systems integration.
• 3 years of direct support to Government agencies with enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical authority for all Power Platform development.
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Lead design of applications and automations for security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, enterprise development, and systems integration.
• Design and deploy solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
