Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design and build Power Apps (Canvas) and manage SharePoint sites for a federal DoD client. You will implement RBAC, security controls, and production-ready UI/UX while collaborating with stakeholders across squads.

The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance, 6+ years in federal or DoD settings, and hands-on experience with Canvas/Model Driven Apps and Power Automate end-to-end within an agile delivery cadence.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (DoD/Federal).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in federal/DoD/consulting environments.
• 3+ years delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on with Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Power Automate end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Apps solutions integrating secure data sources.
• Develop Power Automate flows aligned with complex data pipelines.
• Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Create reusable components, connectors, and templates.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to specs.
• Implement app performance, security, governance, and maintainability.
• Support existing Power Platform solutions and enhancements.
• Apply RBAC, row-level security, and table permissions.
• Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and milestone reviews.
