Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer to design, build, test, and evolve applications within Power Platform. You’ll work in an agile team translating user stories into scalable, secure solutions and help drive user adoption and documentation.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL-400 or higher).
• 3+ years as a software developer using OO languages (Java, C#, C++), including at least 2 years of Java.
• 3+ years on low-code/no-code platforms (Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow; Power Platform strongly desired).
• 3+ years with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB).
• 3+ years of data modeling experience creating/modifying standard and custom objects.
• 3+ years web tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
• 3+ years using JSON, XML, SOAP, REST and APIs for low-code/no-code.
• 3+ years on agile teams (POs, testers, architects) with testing/debugging.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and deliver user stories and features.
• Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design, code, and implement Power Platform apps aligned with business requirements.
• Write unit tests and verify acceptance criteria.
• Define development goals, estimates, and timelines for agile delivery.
• Test application stability and performance across the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve integration problems.
• Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users.
• Maintain security and enterprise standards for applications.
