Job summary

Vets Hired is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform and 365 solutions, modernizing enterprise apps, automating workflows, and improving reporting capabilities. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across integration, data management, automation, and BI initiatives.

Responsibilities include building Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions, creating Dataverse apps, and collaborating with Agile

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Experience with systems analysis, application development, and software testing.
• Experience with data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform applications using canvas apps and model-driven apps.
• Build workflow automation using Power Automate Desktop.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
• Create Dataverse-based applications integrated with Azure and enterprise data sources.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
• Perform system analysis, application development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Support application lifecycle management, release planning, and environment management.
• Manage backlog items and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues while optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions and provide user support during implementation.
