Job summary

Dynamics Door is hiring a Power Platform Developer in Houston to drive automation, reporting, and process improvements using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The candidate will work with Dataverse, Azure services, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations insights, delivering meaningful dashboards and executive KPIs

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Power Platform: apps, flows and BI dashboards.
• Experience building business apps, automations, and reporting in Microsoft ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps to streamline business processes.

We're looking for a Power Platform Developer to help drive process improvements, automation, and reporting initiatives across the business. The company is live on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and is focused on increasing efficiency by leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

In this role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and deliver meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power Apps to streamline business processes.
• Build Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive KPIs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft technologies, including Dataverse and Azure services where appropriate.
• Help modernize the company's reporting and analytics platform, with Microsoft Fabric experience considered a plus.
• Recommend and implement best practices for automation, reporting, and data governance.
