Job summary

Gas South is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to join the Infrastructure team and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform environment and Copilot services. You will administer Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents with a focus on security, governance, and reliability.

You will collaborate with Security, IT Service Operations, and leadership to implement standards while supporting internal developers and business users to drive innovation in a controlled, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience, with 2-3 years administering Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Microsoft Fundamentals certifications for Power Platform and Copilot/Agent administration (PL-900 and AB-900).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID) for user, group, and app permissions management.
• Proven ability to implement and enforce policies within security standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Power Platform ecosystem across environments including provisioning and maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and Copilot Studio settings per policy.
• Provide Tier-III platform support and collaborate with developers and citzen developers to resolve issues.
• Coordinate ALM processes for solution deployment and upgrades across dev/test/prod environments.
• Promote best practices for low-code development and Copilot integrations with governance guidelines.
• Monitor platform usage, performance, and licensing; propose optimizations.
• Create and maintain platform documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with IAM (Entra ID/Azure AD) and Security teams on access controls and change management.
