Job summary

Gas South seeks a Power Platform Administrator to optimize our Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot services in a hybrid Atlanta/Gainesville environment. You will administer Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integrations, enforce security, governance, and ALM, and partner with IT operations and business teams to enable secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience with Power Platform in enterprise settings, MS certifications, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
Microsoft Fundamental certifications for Power Platforms and Copilot/Agent administration (e.g., PL-900, AB-900).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
Strong knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID) and security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Administer the Power Platform Ecosystem across environments, including provisioning and maintenance.
Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and Copilot Studio configurations.
Provide Tier-III platform support and collaborate with developers to resolve complex issues.
Coordinate ALM processes (solution import/export, version control) across DEV/TEST/PROD.
Enable users through best practices, templates, and small-scale assistance.
Monitor usage, performance, and licensing; propose optimizations.
Create and maintain platform documentation and runbooks.
Collaborate with IAM and Security teams to align platform settings with IT policies.
