Job summary

Holder Construction, located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This full-time, in-person role involves leading the administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform environments, ensuring compliance, cost-controls, and efficient solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and strong knowledge of environment management, security governance, and integration with Microsoft services. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• 1+ year hands-on experience with Copilot Studio.
• Strong experience with environment management and ALM.
• Experience with Dataverse security, DLP policies, and governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer Power Platform environments and Copilot Studio environments.
• Own environment strategy and manage application lifecycle.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and proactively resolve issues.
• Establish and enforce governance standards including DLP policies.
• Manage connectors, APIs, and integrations across Microsoft 365.
