Job summary

Synergy is seeking a senior .NET/Blazor developer to lead Power Platform integrations and deliver scalable Dataverse-based solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy hybrid applications using Blazor, MAUI, and Power Platform connectors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technical and security standards.

You will translate complex business needs into robust, secure solutions, document architectures, and present progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing Power Platform solutions, including Dataverse.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, and Blazor (Server, WASM, or Hybrid/MAUI).
• Hands-on experience integrating Blazor Hybrid apps with Power Platform services and connectors.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, API integrations, Azure AD authentication, and role-based security.
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable Dataverse data models and applications.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for Blazor and Power Platform development projects.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Blazor Hybrid components.
• Develop hybrid applications using .NET, C#, Blazor web, MAUI/Blazor Hybrid mobile, and Power Platform connectors.
• Familiar with design and optimizing Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and integrations with external systems.
• Build advanced automation workflows and integrations using Power Automate and REST APIs.
• Integrate Blazor Hybrid applications with Power Apps and Dataverse
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on Power Platform and Blazor Hybrid best practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation and deliver presentations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
