We’re seeking a senior developer who can turn complex business needs into scalable Power Platform and Dataverse solutions, and build Blazor Hybrid apps with .NET.

You’ll work across the SDLC, mentor teammates, and help ensure secure, scalable architectures while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years developing Power Platform solutions with Dataverse.
• 5+ years .NET, C#, and Blazor experience.
• Experience integrating Blazor Hybrid with Power Platform services.
• Strong solution architecture, API integrations, Azure AD authentication, RBAC.
• Experience designing scalable Dataverse data models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical, problem solving, written and verbal skills.
• Adaptable, independent in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• SDLC involvement from requirements to deployment and support.
• Serve as senior technical resource for Blazor and Power Platform projects.
• Translate business needs into scalable Dataverse/Power Platform solutions.
• Develop hybrid apps using .NET, C#, Blazor, MAUI, and Power Platform.
• Familiar with Dataverse data models, security, and integrations.
• Build automation workflows and REST API integrations.
• Integrate Blazor Hybrid with Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Provide guidance on best practices; deliver technical docs and presentations.
