Job summary

ERG is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions for federal customers. You will create data models, automate processes, and deliver secure, scalable applications aligned with mission requirements.

The role requires consulting with stakeholders, translating needs into technical designs, and ensuring deployment across development to production. DC-based, requiring DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
1+ years of experience building business apps, data solutions, dashboards, or automated workflows.
Strong problem-solving and process analysis skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online) and data sources like Dataverse, SQL Server, or Azure SQL.
Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to brief leadership and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
Must hold or be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps UI, forms, validation, and data source integration.
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
Develop data models, datasets, queries, and reporting structures for accuracy and access.
Design interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making and leadership visibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to enhance systems, reporting, and automation using Microsoft technologies.
Configure and maintain Power Platform solutions for development, test, and production environments.
Ensure compliance with federal security, data governance, and documentation requirements.
Develop technical documentation, provide user training, and communicate capabilities to stakeholders.
Serve as client liaison, offering technical recommendations aligned with mission goals.
