Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Power Platform Support Administrator to back the United States Army with secure, scalable Power Platform solutions. Role can be in-person, hybrid, or remote, emphasizing collaboration and growth within a federal context.

Qualified candidates will hold a DoD Secret clearance, have 5+ years in application development or admin with 2+ years on the Power Platform, and be proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret security clearance
5+ years of experience in application development or developer administration with at least 2 years on Power Platform
Experience administering the Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integration
Strong understanding of security roles, DLP policies, and governance in Power Platform
Familiarity with Army IT environments and compliance requirements
Microsoft PL-400, PL-600, and PL-200 exam milestones or progress

Responsibilities

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, BI, VA)
Provide Tier 2 remote support for Power Platform within the Enterprise Ticketing System
Coordinate with Tier 3 Support as needed
Troubleshoot environment errors and end-user issues
Review knowledge bases for Army end-users against processes
Provide documentation and operating procedures for end users and admins
Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices
