Job summary

Navaide is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize automation solutions across Navy-focused programs in the San Diego area. You will leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Office 365 to modernize data workflows and empower mission-critical decisions.

Responsibilities include ALM-driven development, RBAC design, API connectors, and cross-team collaboration to deliver secure, scalable platforms. A active DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience leading development teams and end-to-end lifecycle using ALM.
• Strong knowledge of REST/JSON/XML and Azure AD integration.
• Active DoD clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions for Navy clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Plan, delegate, and track tasks, mitigating risks for timely launches.
• Design RBAC and security groups to enable proper access controls.
• Develop custom connectors for secure data flows and APIs.
• Create reusable components and maintain technical documentation.
• Guide client leadership on prioritizing product and feature requests.
