Job summary

THOR Solutions is seeking an IT Modernization/Power Platform Developer to support NIWC Pacific in San Diego, CA. You will lead modernization initiatives, build Power Apps/Power Automate flows, and develop Power BI dashboards while coordinating software licenses and cybersecurity compliance.

The role requires a DoD-friendly background, 10+ years of related experience, and strong Microsoft 365 proficiency. Hybrid work with on-site days in San Diego is anticipated.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
At least ten years of relevant professional experience focused on Microsoft Suite / Power Platform.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead IT modernization, digital transformation, and process-improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, and Power BI dashboards.
Coordinate software management, licenses, and end-user training; support knowledge-management systems.
