Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Solutions Developer to support DoD Navy initiatives in Newport, RI.

You will design, develop, and implement Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps solutions to improve data analytics, automate workflows, create dashboards, and generate actionable reporting for mission-critical business processes within the Flank Speed environment. Qualifications

Active secret clearance is required to be considered.
Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or related field from an accredited university.
1–3+ years supporting enterprise workflow, analytics, and reporting solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with workflow automation, data visualization, and dashboards.
Familiarity with secure government/cloud environments (DoD/Navy).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Gather and refine business requirements with government stakeholders.
Analyze requirements to identify challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and dashboards using Power Platform tools.
Map business processes and define governance for Power Platform applications.
Develop scalable, secure solutions aligned with Navy standards.
Produce technical documentation and source code.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption.
Provide ongoing troubleshooting and optimization of deployed solutions.
Bid and proposal support if requested.
Other duties as assigned.
