Job summary

CACI seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer/Tech Lead to support USAFRICOM J6 from Stuttgart, Germany. You will lead a team to design and deliver enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, aligning with mission needs and security standards.

You will drive architecture, ALM, and governance, collaborating with military and civilian stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure platforms that enhance readiness and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
BA/BS and 7+ years of experience.
Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and SharePoint.
Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role.
Experience applying Agile methodologies and managing ALM.
Ability to document system architecture, workflows, and processes.
Extensive experience with relational databases (SQL, Dataverse, etc).
Security+ and Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600).
TESA eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, establish coding and architectural best practices.
Architect scalable enterprise applications using Power Platform components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical architectures.
Model data structures and integrate Power Platform solutions with external DoD systems.
Direct ALM strategies, deployment pipelines, and governance in Power Platform environments.
Communicate with senior leadership and present solution concepts.
Oversee installation, configuration, and security of third-party solutions.
