Job summary

SAIC seeks a Power Platform Developer to support the DCSA One IT program, delivering secure, scalable Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI solutions. The role involves collaborating with government stakeholders to document requirements, design data models in Dataverse, and manage SDLC from development through deployment.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 9+ years of experience (or the equivalent with a master’s and 7+ years), and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Nine+ years of relevant experience or equivalent with a Master's degree and seven+ years.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to architect technical solutions with detailed written documentation.
• Develop model-driven apps, business process flows, and custom logic.
• Integrate Dataverse with APIs and external services.
• Expertise building dynamic Power Apps and Power Automate Flows.
• Expertise using Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
• SharePoint Online UI customization and configuration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities.
• Ethical and hard-working; able to perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions for government clients.
• Document requirements, constraints, and deploy best-fit technical solutions.
• Build UI with Power Apps and SharePoint as the framework.
• Create scalable data foundations using Dataverse and normalize data.
• Model relational data and manage Dataverse schemas.
• Build Power Automate Flows and Power BI dashboards for analytics.
• Manage the full SDLC of government solutions from development to demonstration.
