Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with an Austin-based client to fill a Senior Power Platform Administrator role. The position is a 12-month contract with potential to extend, located in Austin, TX, and offers hybrid work: three days in the office with Tuesdays in-office mandatory.

Pay is $45-55 per hour. After 60 days, medical, dental, and vision benefits enroll, and a 401(k) after 90 days. Ideal candidates will have strong governance, DLP, CoE Starter Kit, and DevOps experience in Power Platform.

Addison Group is working with an Austin based client who is looking to bring on a Senior Power Platform Administrator-

Position: Senior Power Platform Administrator

Duration: 12 months with potential to extend

Work Location: Austin, TX

Hybrid:3 days in office. This candidate must be in office on Tuesdays, but the other two days is their preference.

Pay: $45-55/HR

This position is eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision after 60 days. In addition, this position is eligible to enroll in a 401(k) after 90 days.

Required Experience / Core Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Power Platform Administration and platform governance.
• Implementation and enforcement of security best practices.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy management and governance.
• Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit implementation and administration.
• Design, development, and support of Power Platform automations and workflows.
• Environment architecture, design, and lifecycle management.
• Environment Group strategy and governance.
• Platform operational support, including evaluating and implementing new features, updates, and service changes.
• Power Platform licensing models and administration.
• DevOps practices, including creating and supporting deployment pipelines.
• Will be value having someone with powershell scripting / automation experience.

AI is a newer thing but would really like to know how this candidate currently uses AI in their day to day.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Microsoft Dataverse administration and design.
• Microsoft Dynamics / CRM platforms.
• Copilot Studio implementation or administration as a Developer so they know that end of the technology need is.
• Microsoft AI Foundry and emerging Microsoft AI technologies
