Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Certification in advanced HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Valid Class 2 Refrigeration license or higher.
• Universal Refrigerant EPA Certification.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS)

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise shifts in the absence of the Chief Operating Engineer.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Keep detailed logs and records of operations and respond to emergencies outside regular shifts.
