Job summary

NAES is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the APEX Power Co. Project in Hubbard, TX. The role requires leading operations during a 12-hour rotating shift, supervising CROs and technicians, and coordinating pre-commissioning activities to ensure readiness for commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising power plant operations.
• Proven Control Room Operator (CRO) experience or qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-commissioning shift operations, coordinating testing and startup readiness.
• Supervise CROs and O&M Technicians, coordinating field activities and testing.
• Coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and engineering teams for safe turnover and testing.
• Perform system walkdowns, turnover inspections, and validation of procedures.
