Job summary

UNICON International Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support outages and capital projects at Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations.

The role will be shared between both facilities and require regular coordination and travel between the plants. The Senior Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, and resource needs.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with Primavera P6 (5 years) for integrated schedules.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex project or outage schedules.
• Knowledge of critical-path scheduling, baselines, and variance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage priorities across two facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed outage, maintenance, and project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Provide scheduling support across Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations based on outages and priorities.
• Facilitate schedule development meetings with plant personnel and contractors.
• Perform field walkdowns to validate schedule activities and resource needs.
• Update schedules based on progress and communicate status and risks.
• Maintain schedule baselines and perform variance and trend analyses.
• Develop recovery plans and what-if scenarios for at-risk milestones.
• Prepare looks-ahead schedules, progress curves, and executive updates.
• Coordinate schedule integration across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, procurement, and project teams.
