Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Project Scheduler to support power station outages and capital projects across multiple sites. You will develop cohesive schedules with Project Management, Station Management, Outage Management and contractors using Primavera P6, SAP and MS Project.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards while driving on-time project delivery and effective reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project/outage planning and scheduling in an industrial/utility environment.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, MS Project and other scheduling software.
• Experience with power stations and plant systems.
• Strong project management techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project/outage schedules for multiple sites.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Station Management, Outage Management and contractors.
• Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6, SAP, MS Project) to develop and update schedules.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in scheduling activities.
• Track progress, provide status updates and reports to management.
• Lead scheduling meetings and optimize resource allocation.
